The shield is a weapon of DEFENSE, but the Sword is the weapon of OFFENSE.

I used to speak words of faith against any word when someone (used by the devil) tried to sow doubt in my my mind, BUT the Holy Spirit reminded me that’s ONLY a shield you are using, but you need to also SPEAK the word more and continually which is the sword so that the enemy won’t EVEN COME NEAR YOU!

Will make it more clear – when we speak and stand firm in faith when something comes against you that acts as a shield which the Bible calls the SHIELD OF FAITH.

But you need to use the SWORD of the Spirit which is to SPEAK the word of God continually which results in keeping the enemy from even coming near you! Let your mouth speak the word of God which is the sword of the Spirit that cancels every wile of the enemy before it comes near you and it can never come anywhere near you.

Meditate on the Word of God always which brings the written word of God to life by the Spirit and causes it to be the living word inside you but when it comes out of the mouth it becomes the Sword of the Spirit that destroys every wile of the enemy before it can come near you.

KEEP MEDITATING THE WORD OF GOD IN THE SPIRIT AND KEEP SPEAKING THE WORD OF GOD CONTINUALLY, and no harm or evil will even come near you – that’s the right way to live in this world to keep enemies far away and from even coming near you.
