So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the Word of CHRIST. Romans 10:17

Some translations say Hearing by the Word of God, but the right translation is Hearing by the Word of Christ. It is by hearing the Word of Christ, faith comes.

Now, before your mind starts analysing, know that the pharisees had the Word of God in their hands, on their lips, on their doors, on their clothes and hanging before their eyes – but their eyes were still not opened, as they did not allow the Anointed One (Christ) to bring to life the written Word of God.

Word of God we know is the logos ie the written Word, but when the logos become alive by the Spirit (Christ = Anointed One, by anointing of the Spirit of God) then it becomes the Rhema. When one hears the anointed Word ie the Word of Christ, faith comes.

The Word of God brought alive by the Spirit of God becomes the Rhema which is the Word of Christ.

Jesus said, “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” John 6:64
